We prioritise supporting our participants and clients to develop the essential life skills to boost their sense if well-being and confidence.
COMMUNITY & SOCIAL ACCESS
Elite Nursing Care provides participants and clients with community and social access opportunities. This is often aligned with client preference, appointments or commitments. Our support team may offer travel or transport to fulfil participant requests.
DAILY GOALS & PERSONAL TASKS
Our service is dedicated to providing support and assistance to individuals of all ages, ensuring they are able to maintain their independence and quality of life. Allow us to remove the stress of everyday household orders, medication reminders, and appointments or bookings! Our staff is trained in providing support to help achieve daily goals.
Basic Support Services
We offer services in addition to individual support for support coordination, in-home daily services and 24-hour emergency assistance, including night supervision, respite care and, per request, out-of-home emergency care.
In-Home Support Services
We're all about providing quality support for families and individuals. We understand the importance of maintaining independence and comfort in the familiar surroundings of home. Our dedicated team are trained to offer personalised support tailored to the unique needs of each participant. Our goal is to enhance the overall well-being and quality of life for participants, allowing them to thrive in the comfort of their own homes.

Our administrative team offers consultations to link our clients and participants to various reliable service providers. We provide opportunities for participants exploring job opportunities, connecting with potential employers, or providing ongoing support in the workplace, we're here to assist every step of the way.
