Elite Nursing Care employees are individual support professionals with healthcare qualifications and experiences. Our staff of dedicated health professionals are trained in general supportive care and community access, medication administration, support coordination and client/participant emergency and risk mitigation assessments.
SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING
As an individual support provider, we ensure that our staff encourage independent supported care. At Elite Nursing Care, our staff adopt a person-centred approach to assist participants in learning new skills and achieving their goals to help them live more independently. We prioritise supporting our participants and clients in developing the essential life skills to boost their sense of well-being and confidence.
DAILY & PERSONAL SUPPORT GOALS
Elite Nursing Care has services in addition to individual support for support coordination, in-home daily services and 24-hour emergency assistance, including night supervision, respite care and, per request, out-of-home emergency care.
